Shimano’s XTR: Episode 2

Shimano's XTR components are turning 20 in 2011, and their new XTR Trail line is the yin to XTR Race's yang - thus creating mountain biking's first family of components that offers a broad matrix of fully interchangeable options to tune your ride.

 

This two-part series 
explores the design concepts behind Shimano's XTR. Featuring project manager Tadashi 
Ichida, the videos dig into the design philosophy of XTR through the words of
 Shimano's lead Skunk Development rider Paul Thomasberg, and pro riders Andrew 
Shandro and Lesley Tomlinson.
