‘Unexpected: 30 Years of Patagonia Catalog Photography’

Photo by Casey Sheahan. -- Over the last 30 years, Patagonia has adamantly published their catalogs in an effort to authentically portray the brand's image as well as the lifestyle they stand for - mindful, athletic, inspired. We've all looked through these catalogs at one point or another, and some of our friends have either been published in its pages or their photographs were printed instead. In fact, Patagonia receives over 60,000 photos annually from customers and wilderness photographers. "Unexpected: 30 Years of Patagonia Catalog Photography" ($49) is a collection of over 100 images that were originally published in one of their many catalogs sometime during the past 30 years. Courtesy of Patagonia, this is a sampling of the images from their storied history.
