It’s like an artful nude photograph, this custom Moto Guzzi V1100. Layers of complicated clothing have been stripped away to expose the true beauty beneath, the functional forms of a powerful motorcycle. This custom build by Alain Bernard of Santiago Chopper is more about subtraction than addition, showcasing the beauty of basic elements. While those elements are basic, they’re the best basics one can buy. A carbon fiber gas tank, a special Ducati throne and a collection of high-end components make this more than just a bike without a shell. This bare naked beauty isn’t your run-of-the-mill workhorse, it’s a precision instrument with the physical refinement of a high fashion model in the flesh. [via bikeexif and theawesomer]
