Most people opt for the eco-tour of coffee plantations, I decided to actually work there instead. From weedwhacking with a machete to picking and cleaning the beans to playing soccer with the farm hands, I truly immersed myself in the life, work, and culture on Finca Santa Isabel, the 375-acre Café Welchez’ coffee plantation in northwest Honduras.
