Now that snowboard and ski season is upon us, we highly encourage office antics in the form of on-hill encouragement to keep you in the zone. Whether it's a carpool network to get you to and from the hill before the office opens, or it's an underground email chain with storm alerts, something's got to keep you motivated when TPS reports can't.

Ours is in the form of both of the above, as well as a Vew-Do board to help with both balance and brainstorms. New this year is the Zone, which is billed as the first and only balance board on the market available as a whole suite of balance training. It features a flat oval-shaped riding deck with EVA foam pads, their classic injection-molded rail system, as well as the three-rock progression system: one roller, one wobble and one teeter. $150
