This past Friday the world was struck with the horrifying news that rap legend,Adam Nathaniel Yauch, rapper and co-founder of the Beastie Boys, passed away in Manhattan after his long battle with cancer.
He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, but as he grew so did his talent and fame. With each year that passed the Beastie Boys kept improving their hilarious rhymes and captivating millions of fans throughout the globe with their music.
Those who knew him best describe him as a natural born comedian that brought humor and laughter into everything he did in his life. Adam will be remembered by past,present and future generations as an MCA that helped revolutionize the hip-hop industry and will forever be thought of as a Beastie Boy.
